Im back at home from another stilt show that went great, it was at fitness mässan in Sthlm.
About the same act as last video but with the white pants and blue tops.

Back to rehab and lets see when the next show is coming up.

!53 ° bending today

Now I got back from a one week break and one week work and being a bit stock in my nose. I really needed to be home and the break was great.
I started training this monday again and like after the other breaks I had good resaults on the bending, my new record is 154°
After a 55minutes streatch it was time to push my heel to my bum and I did not give a sound for the first time since the operation.
Freaking amazing for me...
Though the pain in my muscles is hilarious, I dident even wanna sit down yesterday. Thats what you get when you have a break.
Been up on the stilts again and it feels even better then before, im getting comfortable with the fronts and my backs are getting there.

So a lot have happened in the past month, Im now in France to rehears and play a Christmas show. It means Im out of the rehab center for more then 2 weeks in a row since the accident. Off course I keep up with the rehab training here and I think it works pretty well.
The big thing though is that we got an show in Holland playing Swarte Piet that is Santa's helper over there, this was a big show for around 8000 kids per show 6 shows in 2 days. Also the 5th show was aired live in both Holland and Belgium. So I have now done on big event that have been my goal some where in my mind the last 6 month. Now it is just to push that line to more technique in the same size show. It was hard work but I just love it so much. Should add a video when we get one.

Just an up date, to day I managed to get my foot to touch me bum my self, it was the first time since my operation that it got that far with out help. really happy about that,

Great news Micke.. not sure I can do that even without having had your injury. Hope it means you can do almost everything again as once before and that we can hope to see more displays of your prowess on here (or elsewhere) soon. Good luck mate!

I was going to say where is the link but here it is hidden by the \[youtube\] tag. It just did not show in Micke's message without HTML.
I know you Micke and Matthias are not using the Swebounce site nowadays... indeed I thought yesterday Matthias had removed the forum. But poweriserpages.com fails to excite or interest me as Swebounce did - far less obvious if any Swebouncers are doing anything there - hence my anticipation when saw Micke had put in something! I just hope you guys are busy doing the things you love to do and that you Micke are continuing to get back to 110% health.
Guys still visit these pages - if you really want poweriserpages.com to carry on where Swebounce.com once reigned, do please put in some link here with a paragraph showing why these guys should all move on and show more evidence of activity on poweriserpages. I guess everyone is doing their own thing but it is not obvious from here.

What a shame that this website withers away and we get no news of Mikael , Matthias etc etc. Supposedly another website took over but I have no idea which that might be and there seems absolutely no reference to it here. There were other jumpers too who used to load their news up here; where have they gone? One hopes they are still bocking away and making great strides. But where is the evidence?
